A new member of Ohio's Department of Education and Workforce joined OACTS members at the recent 2024 Summer Conference held at Hocking Hills State Park. Jeremy Varner was recently appointed as the new deputy director leading the Division of Career-Technical Education and Workforce, and visited with attendees of the conference on Tuesday, June 18.
Eight new databases have been launched by the Department of Job and Family Services, providing insights into economic and job outlooks now and projections for the future.
