The Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) has launched two new websites, including one devoted to credit transfer, that are now live and available for use. With this launch, ODHE’s main site gets a revamped, sleek new look that is consistent with other State of Ohio agencies, allowing for better navigation and improved ease of use but with all the same helpful information and tools you’ve come to expect.

The new Transfer Credit Ohio website expands upon transfer resources for students and educators to help students begin or continue their journey through postsecondary education in Ohio. The enhancements include:

  • Student-focused pages outlining statewide opportunities for college credit;
  • Designated areas of the website introducing transfer credit opportunities for students that are relevant for different student populations;
  • A comprehensive search tool for students to discover the courses for which they are eligible to receive credit on their prior learning, including past college coursework from other institutions, Advanced Placement exams, military experience, career-technical coursework, and industry-recognized credentials; and
  • An all-new search tool for students to plan their transfer journey using one of many Ohio Guaranteed Transfer Pathways.
