Three organizations representing public school district boards of education, superintendents, treasurers/ CFOs, business managers, and other school business officials from around the state submitted written testimony to express support for Senate Bill 89 to the Ohio House Primary and Secondary Education Committee, which would enact a number of provisions that would reduce regulations for career-technical education programs, provide some additional flexibility, and promote efficiency. The organizations were the Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA), Buckeye Association of School Administrators (BASA), and the Ohio Association of School Business Officials (OASBO).
